Mr. Antonio Ballester Sánchez together with D. Tomás Vázquez Lépinette, Members of Tomarial, will participate as speakers at the Course on Claims against SOIL CLAUSES AND OTHER ABUSIVE FINANCIAL CONDITIONS, the course will begin on May 02, 2017 at the VALENCIA NOTARIAL SCHOOL.
Tomás Vázquez will teach about Substantive issues of the Ground Clause on May 4 at 16:30 p.m., while Mr. Antonio Ballester will address the issue of Financial and economic determination of damages in claims against land clauses and other financial products, at 16:30 p.m. on May 11.
